Cancellation Policy

Culebra Divers - Culebra, Puerto Rico

When booking, you authorize Culebra Divers to charge your credit card per the cancellation policy below.

Private Charters

  • If cancellation is requested less than 7 days prior to your tour time, no refund is available unless we can fill your space or reschedule you.

Holidays (Nov 21 - 28; Dec 20 - Jan 10)

  • If cancellation is requested less than 72-hours prior to your tour time, no refund is available unless we can fill your space or reschedule you.

All Other Cancellations

  • Speaking to us over the phone, or voicemail to 787-742-0803, or email to [email protected], requesting cancellation must be received 24-hours prior to your tour time to be eligible for a refund
  • If less than 24-hours: no refund is available unless we can fill your space or reschedule you
  • Day of Reservation: No Call / No Show = No Refund

We caution against same day transportation plans close to your tour time as the ferry or flights can be delayed. Should transportation issues result in a customer’s inability to arrive in time for their tour, no refund is available unless we can fill your space or reschedule you. Our afternoon boat returns by 4:30pm.  Please do not schedule your departure anywhere near that time as you risk cutting the tour short for others or missing your transportation if our boat is late returning.

Culebra Divers is not responsible for your travel to and from Culebra.  As getting here can be challenging we recommend you heed the information above to hopefully make things as smooth as possible!

Cancellations made by Culebra Divers due to weather or other unforeseen conditions will result in a full refund.

All Divers

  • As a certified diver you are responsible for showing proof of certification upon arrival. We recommend you find this before visiting Culebra. If you choose to look up your information the day of your tour and are unsuccessful, you risk forfeiting the cost of your tour.  You will be charged for the missed dive(s) if we cannot accommodate alterations to the schedule, or if you opt to back out of the dive(s) completely.
  • Certain waivers have medical questions that require a physician’s approval. If this applies to you, and you wait until the day of your tour to review these questions, no refund is available unless we can fill your space or reschedule you.
